Defective Foul Pipe

Due to a defective foul pipe, we were called to carry out an excavation to expose the fault and construct a new chamber.

We used a large breaker to break out the concrete and expose the cast iron pipe, a section of which was cut away. We then installed the new pre formed chamber base on a new bed of concrete and connected this onto the existing run, followed by a new run for the existing stack to be connected.

Once concreted in, we installed a new triple sealed cover and frame and reinstated the floor up to existing levels with concrete to finish.
