Damaged Inspection Chamber

My customer was experiencing reaccuring blockages which we determined was due to a damaged inspection chamber.

We removed the old pre-formed base and installed a y-branch which was connected to the exsisting pipework and half-mooned to create a new channel for the chamber.

Concrete sections were then installed along with a new cover and frame, and levelled off to finish.
